Michelle is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Real Estate Department and will be representing a variety of clients in the acquisition, development, disposition and leasing of commercial property. Michelle’s practice will include the representation of national and regional retail tenants in the leasing and acquisition of new store site locations, and in representing New England real estate owners and investors in buying, selling, and leasing commercial office and retail properties. Michelle will also concentrate her practice in representing condominium clients with operational matters including lending, document interpretation and amendments, statutory and regulatory compliance and related issues.
While attending Boston College Law School, Michelle was a member of the Real Estate Law Society. She also served as a judicial intern for Justice Brian K. Zahra of the Michigan State Supreme Court, as well as the Honorable Bernard A. Friedman of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. During law school, Michelle was a law clerk at Moriarty Troyer & Malloy, LLC focusing primarily on transactional real estate matters and real estate litigation.
